I kept seeing gingerbread cookies in TV commercials, and it made me want to make some. I found a great
recipe online- that contains black pepper for a kick. They have a crisp crust, and it was an easy to follow recipe. I picked up some Betty Crocker Icing Tubes for decorating (since I never seem to get the right consistency)- and these things are seriously great! The kids and I are having a good time decorating cookies instead of sitting in the cold at the park. I keep trying to get out of the house to run some errands, but it's so hard to leave when I don't have to!
These are seriously cute! I'm incredibly tempted to try making them myself.
