Chewy Spaghetti: Thursday June 18, 2009

We showed up to dance last night to find that next year's class list was posted. It kind of shocked me, because I wasn't expecting it. They had Princess Stomping Foot in 7 classes- at least one every weekday. The schedule arrangement is really poor for next year- we couldn't find a way to stack any of the classes that she wanted to take. So, she ended up with Ballet Tech on Mondays, Tap/Jazz Production on Tuesdays, and Lyrical on Fridays. I think that is sort of a good balance- she gets to add her Lyrical, and have all of the styles she currently takes, but we will only have to do 2 performances for recital. I'm glad that she didn't push for more classes. We also found out that the rehearsal for Saturday was changed in time, and that they need to be dressed, but without make up. It will make for an interesting Saturday.
