After a hard week, The Rusty Knight gave me a bit of Fun Money last night and packed me off to go shopping and get some time away from the kids. It was a pretty disappointing trip, though. I went up to the Outlet Mall, but I forgot that they close at 8 not 9, so I only had time to look in two stores. I did pick up a couple of cami's on sale at Old Navy in the next size down. I didn't have time to try them on, but I figured that if they didn't fit now, they would soon. Well, they do fit now. I wish they had a bigger selection- I might have to go to another store and see if I can find more colors in the medium. I get so much use from my cami's, and I like the v neck ones but they are harder to find. After heading home, I stopped at Kohl's. I was really trying to make a white clamdigger and voluminous tank top (this one in a different color/pattern)outfit work for me, but it wasn't happening. I finally gave up, and heading through the jewelery on the way out, I spotted a pearl necklace that needed to come home with me . So, I did have some good finds, just not what I was really wanting. I did get to try on a pair of The Gap's Long and Lean fit jeans. I liked the fit of them, although I didn't really care for the wash that I tried on.

I'm not sure if I blogged it or not, but the Calvin Klein Euphoria that I got for Christmas makes Wonder Teen dreadfully allergic. I have been wanting to have him smell some different essential oils to see if they bother him. Today, we were at Clark's so I had him do a sniff test for me. Some things bothered him, others did not. I also had The Rusty Knight make sure it wasn't something that he was opposed to, either. We all agreed on Kuumba Made Persian Garden essential oil. It doesn't bother Wonder Teen's nose, and The Rusty Knight isn't opposed to it (although it isn't his favorite by any means). I really like the light but not too sweet scent of it, and will wear it every day. I'm glad to have a scent again!
